Our company uses PeopleSoft for our Core HR and we are implementing the Oracle Cloud Compensation tool. We are having trouble determining the best way to set up our data roles to allow users to see the same employees that they can see in our Core HR system. We define our security by our department tree, country and job families. We have many combinations of these. Example, we often will limit an employee to only seeing one Market Group (custom hierarchy built in PeopleSoft, our departments roll up into Market Groups), two countries, and include employee in all job families
