Need to Retrieve certain information from W2's

We are in the process of moving from Payroll EBS to Fusion Payroll which as a result I have a BICS report that I need to redevelop in OTBI.  This is a report that goes out once a year to our 401K provider for a sample census.  Among other items it has a column for W2 Box 5, Box 12D and Box 12AA.  Is anyone aware of an OTBI subject area that has W2 information in it?  I've uploaded the column headings of the report in a Word document.
