What is the best way to associate a Competency with a legal entity?
We have a requirement to display legal-entity specific Competencies on the My Goals page. So, on the My Goals page, workers in Legal Entity A should only view the Competencies specific to Legal Entity A, and workers in Legal Entity B should only view the Competencies specific to Legal Entity B.
I am thinking we can use the R13 goals functionality "APPLICATION CONTEXT PASSING TO EMBEDDED REPORTS" to embed a contextual analysis onto the My Goals page, which passes a parameter to only display the Competencies for the given worker's legal entity. But, I am trying to find the best way to associate a legal entity with a Competency to achieve that solution.
