Schedule Report to monitor ESS Job Status

There are a number of ESS scheduled process statuses that customers are required to monitor: Running, cancelling, error, manual recovery, etc.
Since it's the customer's responsibility to monitor ongoing ESS jobs to prevent long-running jobs/issues, is there a way to automate this process by customizing or scheduling a report that identifies/lists ESS job status that can be scheduled to email to users on a regular basis. Does such a report exist or does it have to be created? Thank you for any help you can provide.
