Hi All - We did like to explore the option of introducing a new field and its tree for reporting in Core and have this field available to HR Specialists to modify and also to managers so that they can update via 'My Team' or MSS. This field to be available against every worker at all times. Couple options I am thinking is  - 

1) Use the delivered page 'Manage Divisions' to create divisions. Use delivered 'Manage Division Trees' to create tree versions.

However, this field is neither available in 'Person Management' page (for HR Admin) nor in 'Job Changes' (for managers)
