Recurring Learning Plan
Summary
Recurring Learning Plan Re-calculated Due DateContent
All,
We have deployed our first recurring learning plan last March, 2017. The plan is set up via the following options:
Default Due Date - By 90 Days
Renewal Interval - 36 months
Renewal Prompt: 90 Days before plan renewal date
We've recently noticed in the last 2 weeks that end users, who have already completed the training in 2017, have receive the learning plan added user message to re-complete the learning plan, Unfortunately, this is an error/issue because those users who have completed it shouldn't be receiving a message and/or a new plan due date of 4/20/18 since this isn't due for another 3 years....I have a ticket open with Oracle, however, they haven't been able to figure out what the cause is and/or suggest an alternative solution.
