manager have to assign courses to own direct reports (outside the communities) and they can see only some kind of course inside the catalog




our customer have request me this requirement:

1) define a set of users who can assign courses to own direct reports (outside the communities) replacing the HR role.

2) set a visibility only for specific learning level item (e.g. show to these people only the offerings)


For the first point I'm not worried, I was thinking it's enough assign a specific permission to allow other users to access at Manage Catalog (correct me If I'm wrong or if you have any other suggest).
