Blank output shown in EPM workspace when executing a report created by a business user

I am trying open a report which was created by one of the business user, when I navigate to EPM Workspace thru Financial Reporting Center after open the report , POVs are selected but report generate blank page for me. For the business user the report generates an output. I checked the connection details under preferences which is matching with "Setup Members" details. Also I have full control over the parent folder and all under that subfolder.

Why am I getting blank page output? Any help will be appreciated..
