In light of the Boomi End of Life on 12/31/2018, I tried to recreate one of our imports using a scheduled Buik Loader and pulling from a folder on our secureFTP site.  Bulk Loader did not find that folder. The drop down did not drop down.

However, a few minutes earlier, I had added another folder on our secureFTP server that I could find when I scheduled a BI Report.

Both are shown below. Both folders were created today.

I know enough to know that I do not know enough.

Is this something I can fix or does this need the Oracle Master Mechanics?
