'Manage Positions' under Workforce Structures

Move or hide the 'Manage Positions' tab under Workforce StructuresContent
Hello,
Is there a way to move/reorder or hide a tab in the Workforce Structures? We have elected not to use positions and I'd like to either move the tab to the end or hide it as it's the default tab that appears when accessing Workforce Structures. Screen shot attached.
