Multiple salary changes with the same effective date

Can Cloud accommodate 2 salary changes with the same effective date?

Hello, 

In our legacy system, we were able to input more than one salary change with the same effective date and a different sequence.  In Cloud, I don't see the ability to do this with effective sequence as you can in the assignment.  Can someone confirm if this is possible?  Or perhaps there is an enhancement in the works to allow this?  Example would be a merit and a promotion on the same effective date. If I can't sequence, I would have to select the action/reason I want to be visible for both and I wouldn't be able to properly report on my
