Absence Accrual Plans for Employees

One of our states where our employees are located has ruled to provide hourly employees with sick pay of 40 hours per year after 90 or so days tenure. I've been working on the absence type and the absence plans along with the eligibility and derived factors to setup in test.
I've found an employee I know would fit the elgibility for the plan and check their Absence Plans before running Update Plan Enrollments. I checked again and the plan has been given to the employee.
What I am after now is a way I can query all employees that are now in the sick plan I just created? I tried a subject area but that didn't provide what I wanted. Ive looked in BI query and just can't seem to join to give me all employees who are now active in said plan.
