OPF_Direct Expense web form doesn't display total for: "All Year->Total Labor Expenses" (18.07)

Summary

The issue appears to be a bug in the valid set of Account for the delivered OPF intersection rule: Resource Class (see screen shot).

Workaround:  Clone the "Resource Class" valid intersection rule and add ichildren(OPF_Direct Expenses") to Account for validation group anchored by: "OFS_DIrect Entry "resource class.   After this change, All Years->Total Labor Expense should show up (see screen shot below).

Note:  Other OPF Web Forms used to planning other resource classes (i.e.Labor, Material, Equipment)   might also be impacted by this issue, so further changes might be required for other resource classes.
