Filter on "Primary Assignment Flag" is dropping few records

Hi,
We are facing a weird issue and hoping to get expert guidance. We have an employee as of date report using 2 subject areas - Person real time and assignment real time.
Selected few columns from both subject areas and all looks good. When we apply filter on "Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time"."Worker Assignment Details"."Primary Assignment Flag", few records are dropped out, even though they are primary.
Doubled checked the records, without filter they are displayed "Yes" for this field. Application pages also show "Yes".
This happens only for a few records, wondering what might be causing this. Have anyone seen this issue before?
