Be able to choose a specific Cloudera version to deploy on BDCS

Use Case and Business Need

Today, when deploying a cluster on BDCS and BDCC (the current Cloudera based systems in Oracle Cloud), the version is chosen for me, here I would like to be able to choose a specific version to start with as this is what I need for compatibility with the rest of the stack. For example specific versions of my ETL solution and my analytics solutions.
