Summary

When using a dynamically created scenario and using getStartMonth and getStartYear functions in calc, rule fails

These are steps we are following on PBCS environment

1. User creates a scenario member by using the functionality of dynamically creating members through business rule

2. User then selects the newly created member to enter some data and run calculation. The data saves but the rule fais to execute.

On investigating further we found that getStartMonth and getStartYear functions are used in the rule which fail to get the correct month and year when a newly created member is used. But if we refresh the database and run the rule the rule runs fine
