How to hide Scheduled Process option from employee role

with Release 13, the Scheduled process icon is available to default employee role which is creating confusion to employees.Content
Can someone suggest the EL expression for hiding this option from employees. I have tried hiding it through 'structure' but at the same time I loses it for system administrators as well.
