Security profile to exclude executive person data

How to set up security profile which will prevent an HR rep from viewing executive data

Hi -

I am trying to create a security profile which would prevent an HR rep from seeing any executive data when they go to manage person in HCM.

The executives are in different departments, business units, legal entities, etc...

Any suggestions on how best to approach this is appreciated.
