Mass Create Resource Exceptions in Work Center Resource Calendar

Is there a way to mass create Resource Exceptions in Work Center Resource Calendar?

Customer needs to have different weekly calendars per resource. For example, Resource A only operates on Mon-Tues, Resource B operates Wed-Thus and Resource C operates Fri. There is no way to assign a calendar to a resource. It can only be assigned at the Plant level. I have tried using Resource Exceptions, but it appears these can only be created one at a time (per day/per shift). Is there a way to mass upload Resource Exceptions or is there another way to achieve different calendars per resource?
