Could someone let me know what is the difference between "OWP_Headcount" and "OWP_Total Heacount"? I observe that "OWP_Headcount" is the account that was used initially to load all the existing employees headcounts during the Forecast/Budget setup. But this account is not getting updated when there was a new hire added or the employee is getting transferred between departments. On the otherhand, "OWP_Total Headcount" is getting updated during new hire addition/transfer operations but I'm not sure how it gets the initial loaded headcount at the time of setup. Could someone please help understand this?
