Error while trying to run rest/web service requests in PaaS DB

We got an error while trying to run REST service in PaaS DB ORA-20001: You have exceeded the maximum number of web service requests per workspace. Please contact your administrator. The customer has been provisioned with JCS - SaaS extension with Database as a schema service. Any one knows what is the limit of web services Per Day in this model.
