When you manage supplier profile and run into issues that you can't easily fix yourself, you can follow a general process mentioned in the reference link to troubleshoot the issue. This process can involve error messages, diagnostic tests, recordings of the issue, and your help desk.

As part of the troubleshooting framework, diagnostic tests can be a good way to help identify and resolve issues.  In supplier profile management, there are two diagnostic tests that you can run to help locate and fix issues:

 

 

1. Supplier Profile – Validate:  This report is used to diagnose supplier profile data. Given a supplier name, this report will retrieve profile data for that supplier. Customers and support can run this report to fetch supplier profile data from the database instead of querying it.
