Activity Report Data Extract

Summary

Is it possible to extract the raw data that is displayed in the daily Activity Reports?

 If so, how far does the data go back? 

Is User data stored?  We want to be able to query when the last login occurred for every user ID to ensure that their subscriptions are being utilized.
