Hi All,

I added a hyperlink on a page using Personalization to go to an external website like ADP. When I click on the link, it redirects me to ADP website in the SAME tab of the browser, thereby I move away from Oracle. I would prefer that when I click on the link, it opens the ADP website in a different tab. Any suggestions on what property I could use to make this happen ?
