Back to Back (Make) - Primary UOM

I've asked a lot of questions of this forum, so I thought I'd share something I learnt instead.

If you raise a sales order in a non-primary UOM, a back-to-back work order can not be generated. Supply Chain Orchestration shows the following message "UOM XX is not the primary UOM for the item." Work orders need to be created in the primary UOM. It seems that Supply Chain Orchestration doesn't have the ability to convert the UOM used on the Sales Order into the primary UOM for the work order.
