Can't update changes of Integration in PCS

As of yesterday, we are experiencing trouble with updating the integration in PCS. Whenever an integration is altered, we need to update it in PCS. Now, after clicking 'update now' in the pop up screen it requires us to click 'OK' after it has been updated to complete the process. When we click on 'OK', it starts loading but then stops and the screen remains the same. Nothing has changed, and when we click 'cancel', the integration has not been updated. 

 

Also, we can't delete a created integration. We can only delete created rest APIs. 

 

Does anyone know what's wrong? Is this a bug?
