Getting Duplicate Tabs in 'Submit a Process or Report' Page

Hello All,

Hope all is good!

We are getting duplicated tabs for 'Recently Completed' tab in 'Submit a Process or report' page post upgrade to release 13. We are also getting different record count in release 13 compare to release 12.

Please share your views if you have ever faced same kind of issue or if you have any leads.
