Workforce Trend Real Time Subject area not Working

Summary

Incorrect numbers in data and don't know how to correct

Content

Hi, I am using the subject area Workforce Management - Workforce Real Time as I want to produce a line graph for each month in 2018 to show headcount by employee type over the year. It will be the basis of producing the report to show trends.

However when I use the time dimensions of month and then use period start headcount and period end headcount the numbers are not even close to representing the correct data.

Has anyone had this issue before?

My second question is that I have an idea I have to get the correct data is to use the prefix SET VARIABLE PARAM_EFFECTIVE_DATE='2018-12-31'; in a report however for each headcount column can I use the prefix in a way so that I can create 12 columns pulling back.

Howdy, Stranger!
