I want headcount data from 12 months ago

I have a simple report that sums headcount up and gives me numbers for today however I want to return the numbers as if it were this time last year.

I know there is the as of date prompt that can be set up and used as a prefix however I want the number in a performance tile and displayed on a dashboard.

Is there a quick way to put some formula in somewhere so that when the report runs it always brings the headcount back as if it were 12 months ago?
