Author is not able to see comments in Report package

I have created a report package and assigned authors, reviewers and signers and the author has done his job( added doclets) and review instance has been created and review cycle is started and the reviewer has done commenting. now, the author is not able to see the comments posted by the reviewer.

can someone tell me why the author is not able to see the comments? or did I miss any steps? 

P.S-  I'm new to EPRCS. If I miss something please guide me.
