Hi Mark,

Are there any plans to provide an Out-of-the box Form or Template that lets us upload a large number of  "New Hiring Requisitions" at once (see attached example)? 

Currently it is very cumbersome to add New Hires if they are from a different LegalEntity / BusArea / Salary / Salary Grade, etc. Every time you want to add a New Hire with a different Dimension combination you have to repeat all the steps in the "Add Hiring Requisition" Wizard.

Also are there any plans to calculate salary based on days per month (instead of  5-4-4)? I know you have discussed some workarounds but I wanted to see if there will be an out-of-the box feature.
