Restrict inventory transactions from and to a subinventory

There is a requirement to restrict movement requests and subinventory transfers from and to a particular subinventory

There is a requirement to restrict movement requests and subinventory transfers from and to a particular subinventory (UI). I'm able to restrict subinventory transfer from UI using material status control but need your help to know how to do the same for transactions happening to UI. Also how to do this for movement request transfers?
