Is there access to OIC from VBCS?

Trying to make a service connection from VBCS to OIC

Wasn't sure where to post my question because it involves both OIC and VBCS. 

Is it possible to trigger an OIC integration from VBCS? There's an option in VBCS to add service connections which includes making connections to integrations but my list of integrations in VBCS is oddly empty. Does this connection only work with certain types of integrations?

 

Any help/idea is appreciated
