Error message while trying to create Cost Accouting values at Element Eligibility Level

Hi,

Have sucesffuly created the element eligiblity and element eligibility costing infomation using PBL and HDL Respectively.

When creating the 'Cost Allocation accounting' values at Element eligiblity levels, the below error is encountered.

You cannot create CostAllocationAccount for the source type EL with name xxxxLLC in the legislative data group xxLegislative Data Group.

Below is the HDL Format used for loading the values
