Multiple Supervisors for Employees
Summary
Does assigning multiple supervisors to an employee create problems within Learn?Content
Our current integration assigns one supervisor to each employee based on the employee's primary job in our HCM. In one of our departments, it is possible for a part-time employee to have multiple jobs, resulting in multiple supervisors. We are looking into using the supervisor bulk loader to add the additional supervisors for these employees.
Other than all of the supervisors getting notifications when a shared employee gets enrolled in a class, assigned to a learning plan, finishes a learning plan, along with the joys of manually managing what was once an automated process, is there anything we need to consider before trying this? In other words, do we run the risk of breaking the system?
