Error when importing a data file into Reporting Application

Hi, I've created a simple Reporting Application, added a few dimensions and members, created a simple form and have input data, viewed the data in smartview via a private connection but now, I want to import a file of actuals which I am encountering errors.

I exported the single line of data to a file from the application then populated the file with my actuals data.  It validated with no errors however when I import I get the error below:

com.hyperion.planning.InvalidMemberException: The member FY19,ACT,BU Version_1,B00420,400000,NOTPROD,A0000000,CH00000,YTD does not exist for the specified cube or you do not have access to it.
