OTBI - COA Hierarchys

Hello,

I want to use the General Ledger - Balances Real Time OTBI subject area, the big issue I am having though is when I look at a segment of our chart of accounts all I have available is the lowest child level.  If I expand the descriptions I can see other levels of the hierarchy mixed in with the lowest level descriptions - when I pull either objects into the report I just see the lowest child level.

If I look at the Tree Filter object this only has 'NOT APPLICABLE' as an available option, the hierarchy object in the same folder only displays ALL and nothing else.
