Drill through to Source function

Hi, 

The drill through to source function is not working properly. The URL takes the user to the ERP home page and not the account in Inquire on Detail Balances. I believe this has to do with a combination of configuration and/or the URL. I have the drill through option selected for account only. Do I need to select more segments for the drill through option? If it is the URL how do I determine the correct one? This is our GL data. 

I appreciate anyone's help if you have experienced this in the past or know of a solution. I have been trying to work with Oracle through an SR but it has been dragging on. Thanks, Larry Greenblatt
