BIP or OTBI Report to extract the leave deductions from Plan Buckets

We need to extract leave deductions from the Plan buckets in the system. 
Suppose, an employee took a 4 day leave from 04-Mar-2019 to 07-Mar-2019 and the leave days are deducted across the buckets. We want to extract the leave deductions of the leave from the different plan buckets through a report.

I have referred to the Oracle Doc Id:  2421248.1

BIP Table: ANC_PER_ABS_DAILY_DTLS

OTBI Subject Area: Workforce Management - Absence Calendar Details Real Time

All the steps mentioned in the Oracle document is complete. Yet neither of the above mentioned BIP table and OTBI Subject Area is giving any data.
