Line Managers reporting on terminated workers

edited Mar 27, 2019 10:14AM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 10 comments

Summary

This post provides customers a work around in OTBI to report on the terminated workers when logged in as a line manager.

Content

The attached document provides a synopsis of reporting on terminated workers by a line manager. By default a line manager would lose access to the workers who have been terminated in their managerial hierarchy. The document provides the details and also a method to circumvent the standard offering.

Note: This is not an out of the box solution, it only tries to provide a way to achieve the requirement. Customers can build their own methods to meet the same requirement. The sql used as custom criteria can have side effects in terms of data rendered for a line manager. It is advisable to try it out in your test instance initially before moving it to the production instance.
