onboarding implementation - checklist abilities

how to capture data from new employee

Content

Hi all,

I am implementing onboarding checlist for the first time and the fusion HCM has several limits and I wonder what is the best way to implement it.

Scenario: new employee needs to deliver some data about himself such as car number, food allergies and so on.

I thought implement the new fields as descriptive/extensive flexfields (part of person extra information) but the onboarding does not support it as an application task. meaning - it must be set in person details (which is an application task in the onboarding checklist) but sometimes the data we need is not exactly fit with the person details criteria (i.e. I won't put the employee's allergies there).
