Ability to manually select a tier to temporarily override the customer setup at order entry level

Ability to manually select a tier to temporarily override the customer setup.  For example, the customer is setup in Tier 3, but they’re buying 200k worth of stuffs and we would like to give them Tier 1  for this specific purchase
