As part of Oracle Security Policies, Taleo Learn is planning to disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 security protocols in two phases.
- Phase 1: Staging – Remove support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on 07/15/19 (15th July, 2019)
- Phase 2: Production - Remove support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 on 09/04/19 (4th September, 2019)

This protocol is an industry standard protocol designed to protect the privacy of information communicated over the Internet. TLS assumes that a connection-oriented transport, typically TCP (Transmission Control Protocol), is in use. The TLS protocol allows client/server applications to detect the following security risks:
