In ARCS, admin is the person who has the full control on the application right, they are the only one who can set/change the status of the Period (Open, Close, Lock). Is there a way with which we can restrict the access of the admin to only change the status of the period, create reconciliation then remove the its access on the configuration tile?

Or is there a way with which I can grant an access to User / Power User for them to change the status of the Period and create Reconciliation?
