I hope I am overthinking this.

We have an EPBCS application up and running.   Modules WFP, Capital, Projects and Financials.

Requirement:
We need to have multiple Forecast cycles running in parallel.
Cycle 1 - Actuals through current period and forecast out for 10 yrs.
Cycle 2 - Actuals through February and forecast out 5 years
Cycle 3 - Actuals through June and forecast 18 months

Updates will be made to the forecast periods for each cycle.

Issue:
Depending on the settings on the “Forecast and Planning Preparation” screen there are issues with:
Valid Intersections
Substitution Variables
