Hi,

As part of the Classic UI, the following fields are available to Line Managers & HR Administrators to enter additional details when terminating an Employee:

- Employer Comments (this is separate to the comments you add as part of the workflow notification)
- Attachments (this is separate to the attachments you add as part of the workflow notification)

The above 2 fields don't appear to be available via Page Composer on the new UI.  Does anyone know if this is expected and as such the fields will no longer be available?  If it is intended behaviour, that the fields are being removed, what do we do about the new GDPR legislation and being able to amend the existing fields in the future if they are removed from the UI?  Additionally, by moving the fields to be part of the workflow notification the data will eventually be purged which still leaves the problem with the existing fields on the
