Hi,

When Employees navigate to Me > Absences > Absence Balance they are not able to see their remaining Entitlement for the Accrual Year or a Breakdown of what is included in the Earned amount field.  This will generate a substantial number of calls if we turn on the new Absence UI.

In the New UI Employees will see the following:

•  Their Balance as at System Date which will be their Entitlement including any Carry-Over minus Days / Hours Taken plus or minus any Adjustments (this does not include any future dated Adjustments).
