Just set up 30 Day trial DBaaS. Everything is working great except APEX will not accept my password.

I request a password reset. Oracle says it sees my email address and will send a reset.

The email never arrives. It is the correct email address.

1. I'm using the password that was used when the database was set up (also tried several others).

2. All ten Access Rules have been successfully enabled.

3. Desktop SQL*Developer has been successfully connected to Trial DBaaS.

4. A new database has been successfully created in the trial account. SQL*Developer sees the tables.
