Results on Map functionality doesn't work properly

Hello, 

I want to find a location by using the RESULTS ON MAP Search Results functionality, but the system gives me the following error after typing a location already created: MAPVIEWER-05523: Cannot process response from MapViewer server. 

What does it depend on?
