Report with two different As-Of-Dates to calculate Delta variations

Hi All,

we do need to calculate, for Payroll processes, a Delta file for employees Union from one month to another. We would like to obtain two "Photos" of the system: one that reflects the actual situation and the other that reflects last month situation. After this, we want to place this two photos in the same report and obtain two lines from each employee, just like the image attached.

Any advices?
